You Can Have Beautiful Hair!
by Kathie FitzPatrick

Many women experience events in their lives that can affect their once youthful vibrant looking hair. It may be something such as having a baby, illness of some kind or even trauma. Many women such as myself had to try to find their beautiful hair once again after chemotherapy because of cancer treatment. I’m going to make a series of recommendations that worked well for both myself and others.
After chemo, my hair, which had historically been full and in good condition, started out looking curly and a little kinky. I looked into the mirror at myself, wondering where did the “Poodle look” come from? I kept wearing the wigs. My hairdresser trimmed my hair a few inches so it could continue to grow out with more healthy growth. I used the usual hair rinse to cover gray around my temples and the top of my head. I wore my hair up in a ponytail, then the wig cap and wig over that. In listening to a hair authority recently with an impressive hair salon in Beverly Hills, I received a few new insights.
He said that you have to use a wide wooden comb to de-tangle the hair after a shampoo, so a wire brush didn’t rip at the hair. He said when a woman wore her hair up or in a ponytail, it prevented the hair from being properly conditioned from the scalp. Hair worn more loosely was an improvement. I realized for myself that I may have to wear nice, enrichening hair conditioners in my hair for hours before shampooing it out. At first, I started wearing my hair down around the home while working online and in my office. But when going out, I wore the wig for a more polished, professional look. Now, my natural hair looks better and better.
Summer Tip: Protect your Hair against Sun Damage
Protect your hair against sun damage by wearing your favorite summer hat! If the hair has been exposed to the sun’s UVA and UVB rays for prolonged periods, hours–the cuticle of the hair strand can become damaged. Sun damage makes the hair dry looking and often unmangeable and often difficult to style. Hair can be restored with enriching shampoos and conditioners, and limited future sun exposure. Keranique Hair Regrowth System
I personally recommend Keranique Hair Regrowth System. This concept involves both very excellent hair shampoos and scalp products plus hair-enhancing vitamins. The testimonies are quite impressive. I observed that my young adult daughter, Jaina, was having clumps of hair come out up by her front scalp area. It was due to some medication she had been on. Keranique completely restored the problem, and new hair grew back! I love the lustrous effects of the Scalp Stimulating Shampoo and conditioner! I also take the KeraViatin Hair and Scalp Supplements. My hair is definitely thicker and is looking better! If you read their research area online they point out that they are clinically proven to help to prevent and restore hair loss in women.
